Giving Back
It is the Artist Collective Troupe's mission to use our love of the arts to give back to the community and support local charities, causes, and other nonprofits. We hope to instill a sense of community service and a drive to pay-it-forward in all our members, and know that together, we can make a positive impact in our community and the world.

Some charities, organizations, and causes we have supported in the past are:
Make-A-Wish New Jersey helps to grant the wishes of children living with critical illness in the Garden State. ACT has raised over $3000 for Make-A-Wish NJ through our annual musical revue, "Wish Upon a Song."
Rescue Ridge is a last-chance animal shelter that rescues and rehomes animals throughout the Jersey Shore. ACT raised $400 for Rescue Ridge during our production of "Mary Poppins" in August 2022. ACT also supported Rescue Ridge with "Into the Woods" in August 2023 (donation TBA).
The Ashley Lauren Foundation supports children and families affected by childhood cancer throughout the state. ACT annually raises money for the foundation with our holiday caroling group, the Collective Carolers, and also supported them with our production of "Elf" in December 2022.
Good Shepherd Lutheran Church is a church and community center in Point Pleasant. ACT has supported Good Shepherd with their productions of "Into the Woods Jr." and "Godspell Jr." as well as with drives for their food pantry.
"Voices for Ukraine" was a benefit event at the Strand Theater in March 2022 to support Ukrainian refugees. ACT performed at the event, which ultimately raised over $10,000 to help refugees.
